Converting Weeks to Months??

Good evening my lovelies

Just wanted to clarify something. I read on some website somewhere the other day that 31-34 weeks is 8 months and 35 - 40 is 9.
Is that right??
Just wondered, as it sounds so bloody exciting that on Friday I will be 8 months pregnant!! Wooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooo!!xxxx
