Anyone got a good recipie for white chocolate cookies??

I found one online which is Phil Vickers - White choc, raspberry and carnation milk, sounded tasty unless anyone has any more?

I've just this second made some actually, although used dark chocolat einstead of white.

4 1/2 oz granulated or soft brown sugar
4 1/2 oz butter
1 egg
7 oz self raising flour
splash of vanilla essense
125g chopped dark, white or milk chocolate and you can also add nuts if you like. (white choc and macadamia is yummy!)

Cream the butter and sugar, mix in the egg and vanilla, then mix in the flour and chocolate. Put (heaped) teaspoonfuls onto a baking tray (6 per tray, well spaced) and bake at 190C for 10-12 minutes or until golden.

They are yummy!
