Not sure the appropriate spot for this as I'm not TTC, or waiting to TTC. I've got two boys and for now am not necessarily planning anymore. I had a copper IUD inserted October 5th. I then had a small period like episode about a week later ending possibly October 15th. Nothing since. So I'm at least 49 since last cycle. I had an ultrasound November 9th to confirm it was in the right position which it was. The doctor that reviewed the ultrasound did not say anything about being pregant, but I wasn't conerned about it at that point. Oh and did have a pregnancy test october 5th which was negative.
Anyone experienced this? I was told to expect heavier and most likely shorter cycles than before. I'm tempted to go out and grab a pregnancy test, but don't want to waste the money if it's a common thing and I should just wait longer for the period. Previous to this I was on the pill for 1 month and before that was on depo for 3.5 years. Depo doesn't seem to affect my periods though because after I went off it the first time I conceived my first son in 1 cycle.
Any thoughts? Also if this should be moved please let me know! Thanks
