Cosatto yo for new born?

As my the title says really. Does anyone know if it is ok? I brought it a few months ago for dd as hers buggy was broken. I absolutely love it if I have a girl I was wondering can I use it or would a proper pram be better? Cost saving would be a bonus but I can always store it or sell it if needs be

Oh we have the Yo! and we've used it since the birth of my DS almost two years ago. It's fab and he's always loved it, and still goes for his naps in it now!
