Could this be a nub (circled)

I seem to never get lovely clear nub shots like you some ladies get !
However after obsessing over my 12+4 week scan I wondered what others thought?
Could this be a nub circled ??
Is there a small chance this could still be blue like my DS1 has requested ?!
