Could This Be Symptoms?

I have had some dizzyness, ive been really hot, havent ben feeling well (stomach wise), i had some pain a few days ago and it felt a really tight muscle in the lower abdomen right down the center, ive urinated a tiny more than normal but ive also just been really thirsty, i also have REALLY tender breasts. im on the pill but ive missed a few pills. could i be pregnant? what does implantation really feel like? could it be right down the center like that?
