Back on the topic of cheese.... I love cheese!

I don't like Feta cheese though. I stick with just the basics, American, Swiss, Provolone, Mozzarella, Ricotta....

I do like feta on a salad and goat cheese as well. Haven't had any of either in awhile though Other than that it's usually just mozzarella, cheddar, or marbel. I am a fan of cheese melted on crackers! YUM YUM!
