Couple of questions about a moby wrap?

Helloo, iv just got a moby wrap and I just have a couple of questions, firstly where do their arms go?? My lo likes to have his arms out but sleeps well with them swaddled so doesn't really matter either way, and also, he's only 7 weeks but can already lift his head and look around, it's not very often that it's floppy, can he just be in the hug hold and I tuck his head in when he's sleepy or should he still go in the newborn hold? He kicks his legs out straight too

Sorry they're probably stupid questions but I have no idea! Xxx

The hug hold is just fine. His arms can either go in or out, whatever he prefers. My ds2 is an arms out boy.
