Is anybody else having courier probs with deliverys??
Earlier this month they failed to collect a parcel from me after it was booked on and then got snotty when I complained saying that collection date is not guaranteed.
Now they have managed to switch 2 parcels by sticking there labels on the wrong parcels!!One lady has a Jumperoo when she is supposed to have a highchair and the apparantly the highchair has been left at the depo but has the wrong sticker on!!
They are saying its my fault but the lady who has the jumperoo says that it has her delivery on the sticker and not on the handwrittain one.
Sorry just needed a rant.
