Couscous?

I made some yesterday for maxim , he wasnt to much of a fan but he ate it and started liking it I made it with milk so its muh healthier for him ..I also put no salt but a pinch of butter ..

But now im at loss what can I mix it with ? and what the hell is couscous anyway ?? pasta ..rice ?

So I googled it and its millet, wheat and flour ..quite better then rice
