Cow and gate 1litre bottle ready made milk?

Hi. How do any of you store this? It says on the bottle to keep in the fridge but will it be ok to put milk into a bottle and then into a cool bag to take out with us? Will it still be ok if stored like this for a few hours?

Heya. You can store the 1ltr bottles in the fridge onced opened and use within 48 hours. If you wanted to decant some into a bottle to take out with you it would need to be consumed within 4 hours and stored in a cool bag with an ice pack. If you were going to be out for longer than 4 hours then I would just take a sterilised bottle and a small, sealed C&G carton and open when needed. xxx
