Cow and gate comfort and SMA Staydown, whats the difference?

I was wondering if anyone knew what the difference is between cow and gate comfort and SMA Staydown?

I spent a while reading the ingredients but couldn't see much difference. The staydown say it is a normal consistency, but the comfort is supposed to be thicker?

The Staydown milk is for reflux and thickens when in the stomach. Comfort doesn't but i think they are both just as thick as eachother when you mix them.

I used both as my LO had reflux. Comfort did nothing for him but the Staydown worked.
