Crampy and temp spike at 7dpo....good sign?

So 5&6dpo i was crazy exhausted and felt pretty rubbish. Last night at 6dpo I noticed some mild cramping...enough to feel it without thinking about it if that makes sense? This morning I am a little crampy but mostly feel heavy low down...and my temp spiked to over 37 which it NEVER does.
Does this sound good? I cant remember the rules of temps rises and implantation etc.
We werebt trying at all this month coz we thought we missed O. So only DTD once, so know chances are slim.
