So getting out of the shower today, I sneezed and tore a muscle in my back! I had my left foot up on the edge of the tub, and was kinda bending over. I guess it was a bad angle. I can not believe this, it really sucks, and it really really hurts. So I am not stuck in bed. The only time I can get up is for the bathroom. :hissy:

Oh my, i'm so sorry! That just sounds painful so i can't even imagine ohow much it must really hurt, i hope you recover quickly so you can get around!:hugs:

Thank you ladies. I just hate being stuck, I don't mind the pain so much, but being stuck in bed sucks.

You poor thing, I hope it heals soon. :hugs: Being in bed would be okay for a little bit at least (if you like to sleep a lot like me). Get better soon.

Get well soon, I have torn muscles in my shoulder before and I know how painful it is! Ouch!

I really hope that you have a speedy recovery :)

Oh so sorry to hear this hun. Just make sure that your rest lots, this is all you can do for a torn muscle i'm afraid, make sure you are getting lots of vitamins aswell, because this will promote faster healing, big hug xx

Oh Charlotte, with my midwife, I can't help but get lots of vitamins. She has me on loads.

Thank you again ladies. Thank goodness my husband is not traveling right now. Since he works from home, he has been taking good care of me.

She does not beleive that pre-natal vitamins are worth taking. So she has this regiment.
vit C & E and a probiotic in the morning
Some kind of mineral one, folic acid and B vit at lunch
Vit C, E, D, Beta Carotene, and Omega 3-6-9 and Borage oil at night
A nother of the mineral pills before bed.

I think that is the complete list.
