your photo is my dream to use a hoop! I cant use them at all and i can only stitch a pattern that size or a little smaller with very little effort.. im literally a basic stitcher.. can't french knot, backstitching is horrid.. need to be more positive i suppose!

I hate French knots and back stitch to! that pattern I did has no back stitch at all!! X

Hi ladies! Love that I've found this group!

I was taught cross stitch in primary school but restarted when I went on maternity leave at the end of March to give me something to do. I started on two Boofle New Baby patterns for two friends who are both due in the next few weeks, I just need to add the names when the babies arrive.

I've started one for my son as well, which is a baby in a pram and room for all his birth details. I also went yesterday and bought a springer spaniel and border collie pattern to do for my mum's birthday in July, she has one of each breed.

I'll try and get some pictures up at some point x
