Cryotherapy and missed period

Good Afternoon every one! I had Cryotherapy on my cervix done last month. My AF was suppose to show up anywhere between last Tues- Saturday. It is still a no show. I was wondering if anyone else has had it done and missed a period. We are TTC and I started using OPKS yesterday to make sure we don't miss our window.

I took a test and it was negative. Really doubt it. We were only able to dtd once last month and we were careful because we knew we had the procedure coming up.
