Cryptic or Stealth Pregnancy?

I'd like to hear from women over 35 who have had the "hidden" pregnancies.

If you knew you were pregnant, how and when did you finally get someone to listen and do something?

I'm 41 and I KNOW I'm pregnant. But urine and blood have been negative so far; they checked for hCG and hormone levels.
I also think it's possible I'm much further along than I originally thought.

I must know more about this from real moms. Please share.
