Hi,
Basically my FOB doesn't claim benefits but does an apprenticeship with his step-dad and earns £95 a week which I think he still gets paid cash in hand. Can I still claim CSA off him even though he is getting the money cash in hand?

Also what do I have to do to get it? He is claiming he is not the father etc.

if he is cash in hand then its not going through books so officially it looks like no pay, if csa approach inland revenue it will show no income therefore no entitlement for you, even if you say he gets paid cash in hand they'd have to investigate and prove it etc, very difficult and time consuming and if im honest i doubt they would bother x sorry if its not what you wanted to here
