i shortly should have my CSA sorted but i was woundering me and my ex is on benefits and he will ave to pay £10 a fortnight will that go straight to me or will i not see none of it, i dont get it. one of my mates is on benefits and her ex is working and she gets her payments can anyone help me because if iam gonna get no money from him i dont find the point of the CSA ???

I thought with the CSA they take it off your money that you get.. that's what I was told though so don't hold me to that

i think i might give them a call tomoz because if they start dipping into my money i wont know where iam at with things in that case i will knock the whole CSA thing on the head theres no point in havin a child surport agency if they dont help u surport the child. i cant wait to start work then i might get some where xxx

hmmm i went ask the same thing a few months ago so i kno what happens when the time comes and the guy i spoke 2 told me if ur on benefits i.e housing benefit then it goes 2wards that so u dnt actually see the money! which i find soooo rediculous n pointless! i dont kno who decided these things but would love 2 give them a piece of my hormonal pregnant mind at the moment! lol

yes i will do the money i get and then the money i pay out iam left with hardly anything at the end of the week so that little bit extra would be nice if i dont get anything iam gonna play hell on their arses xx

All new cases get the 1st 10 pound a wk ...i know as the compensation i just recieved was 40 wks at 10 pound as tho 40 wks i was on benifit and then 68 wks at 25 pound as i wasnt on benifit for those 68 wks xxx

i do think you must get something one of my friends mates is on full benefits and she is recieving money its shit i cant wait to get bk to work my company went bust whilst i was pregnant so i went on benefits and now theres no jobs anywhere ive looked i do cleaning, babysittin and ironing for my friend and anutie to get by so that little bit extra would be great i love to spoil my little boy to bits xxx
