cycle day 22/10dpo progesterone symptoms?

im currently 10dpo approx on a 26-27 day cycle. im experiencing slightly tender breasts,cramping quite deep and in lower back yesterday as if af was about to start but not as bad at all today but theres still that niggly dull ache there and still feel like af about to start but not really due for another 4 ish days.sometimes im peeing more then im normal but put that down to what im drinking,ive felt sick for past few days,sometimes worse on a night when im in bed and feel like im going to be sick but through the daytime it only a sickly feeling.headaches have been a nightmare over the last few days but put some of it down to being on my laptop (have to for work) and lastly have felt ever so tired over past few days, the other day i laid on the sofa all day and barely moved i just felt wacked but again i put that down to my eldest daughter having a sickness bug last week.(been a stressful week lol) im quite new to ttc as my 3 children were not planned and we are wanting to complete our family with no.4. i dont chart/temp or use opks as i have quite painful ovulation so kind of know when i ovulate.are the symptoms ive had/having pretty normal in the lead up to af as havent really paid any attention in the past to be fair.we are on our 3rd month ttc so im just going with the flow. have tested using internet dip strips 10miu but negative stark white neg.any help is much appreciated xx

I am in exactly the same place. 10 DPO, only on a 32 day cycle, expecting AF Monday. Not really any symptoms besides mild cramping in my back and hips and in between since 8 DPO. Stark white negatives on PG test. This is my second cycle of trying. I wish I had some answers for you, but I need the same answers you do, lol.

hi,nice to see im not alone. af is due around the 30th for me give a day each way. am sat in my poang chair and its like i have so much anger in me boiling up and want to grab hold of someone lol but i am cramping a little more tonight not major but its there.to be fair this will be my 4th af off the depo if she turns up and all 3 so far have been pretty regular and im ovulating for sure without a doubt.just something different this time round leading upto af.i know all this can be mistaken for pms symptoms and its fitting in very well with only 4 days to go.fingers crossed ey hun..x

This is my 4th cycle off the pill. The first two were weird with lots of symptoms, but I didn't ovulate for them. I ovulated last cycle and this one, but my husband had the stomach flu from the day of my first positive opk, so its not too promising of a month. Usually I have quite a few pms symptoms though: nausea, tiredness, breast tenderness, bloating, etc. But this month, just some mild cramping. I don't know. It could be a good sign, could be my AF is changing from adjustment to being off birth control. 10 DPO is really early to test. I just keep telling myself that. I checked out the info and it seems 50% of women will get a negative until about 14 DPO. I'm tired of waiting, though. Its hard to be patient when the results are potentially life changing.

if you and hubby still bd around ovulation time theres still a pretty good chance hun. ive changed my lifestyle so much..ive been quit smoking 5 months now, dont even have a social glass of wine or 2 anymore, i take 400mg folic acid every day just incase. typical now im a good girl lol x

Dude, I'm 5 months quit smoking! Lol. I started taking a multivitamin, cut out alcohol for the most part and I'm trying to be good too.

I agree, its hard to quit. Yesterday, I was taking the trash and recycling to the curb and found a whole unsmoked cigarette one of our friends dropped outside. I was so tempted, even though it was a brand I really don't like. The cramping has moved down into my thighs. Its kinda uncomfortable. I don't usually start cramping until the day or two before I start, so I'm hoping this is a good sign.

i think im past craving for a ciggy now..one of the best things i did quitting..i can walk behind someone smoking in the town centre and its vile.
my cramping is quite deep and goes in my lower back..ive just taken a preg test and ovulation and posted on the tests forum to compare..x

I'm usually good with not craving, but for some reason, it hit me hard yesterday.

Did you have any sort of line? I took a pregnancy test this morning and it didn't even have a shadow of a line.

well i was 9dpo yesterday and after feeling shattered for the past couple of days and cramping like af was coming yesterday which was 5 days early i took a test and got a hint of something but wasnt sure..so did another test this morning and it was stark white..as my breasts are still a tiny bit tender at the sides i took another but as i know ovulation tests can detect hcg sometimes i did both tests to compare..and having tweaked with it on my phone i think there might be something..not jumping for joy as im only 10dpo and af not due for another 4 days..so til shes late..x

I checked out your test pictures. For some women, I'm one of these women, ovulation tests always register a small amount of hormone, and they take 35 to 45 miu to get a positive, so a pregnancy test will be positive before an ovulation test can reveal whether or not you're pregnant. That being said, it seemed to me that there was some kind of something on your pregnancy test. Maybe its just a shadow from the lighting, but it seemed to be that there was something there. Fx'd!

im dubious at the minute, until af arrives or IF shes late then maybe but at the minute id say a little early..i dont know.i know the internet dip strips can be renound for dissapointment.x

Out of curiosity, I took an opk to make sure I wasn't giving bad advice because I would have felt really bad if I was. Its almost positive? At 10 DPO? Isn't that weird?

have you got any pregnancy dip strip tests you can test with? the 10miu ultra early ones? to compare like i did.x

I already dumped out the pee, but yeah, I have a few. I took one this morning and it was totally negative. I've heard mixed advice on the matter. I did more research after mine turned positive and found OPK's can often detect pregnancy before an HPT, but other people said it'll take longer for them to detect pregnancy. But unless I'm ovulating again, why would it be almost positive?

well im awake, late for school with the kids.peed quickly before we left and the ovulation test is stark white but preg test if tweaked has a little something..how can it be different on a night time and fmu??! im going to count myself out and wait for af in 3 days x
