Hiya.
I started spotting today so I guess AF is right around the corner so I have started planning what I am going to do for my next cycle. I have 27 days left on my FF so I am going to temp again this cycle. But I am going to take it a bit more relaxed so I am not going to panic and I am not going to use OPK's. Mainly because I have exams coming up and I don't really need anything extra to stress over.
Here is what I would like some opinions on. My doctor thinks I may have either cysts on my ovaries or possibly fibroids because I have been getting really bad pain. I have told her me and OH have been TTC for 6 months so she is sending me for a vaginal ultrasound to see what could possibly going on in there.
I read this thing that Castor Oil could help get rid of fibroids and cysts so I have decided to try it. I found the information HERE and I brought 250ml of 100% cold pressed Castor oil from Amazon. It is meant to help with the pain aswell so that would be brilliant if it helps.
I was just wondering if anyone else has, or is planning to try this ?
I am going to start after AF disappears and going to continue it until about CD15 because you are not meant to use it after ovulation just incase you are pregnant. I am really hoping this will help !!!!!
