day 3 in hospital !

Well, ive been here 3 days now. Feeling a lot better for the ondansetron. Was meant to go home today but even though I've had 4 bags of iv fluids I STILL have +4 ketones in my urine. Sigh. Ohh well, at least it is peacful in here. Plus I am having a scan at 3pm to check on the tiny little thing that is making me so dang sick !!! Must say the meds are amazing ! Best ive ever been given, but they keep trying to palm me off with cheaper meds because it is so expensive. Im sure its more expensive to keep me admitted for dehydration at a cost of £300 a day to the nhs ! Can't blame them for trying to save money though. Should be around 7 ish weeks aty scan. Poor oh cant come as he had to go pick the kids up, second one he has missed now !

I had ketones in my urine during my last pregnancy. It's basically your body going into starvation mode. I hope you get better soon!
