Day 3 of spotting, bfn but temp still high?

I thought for sure af was coming, but she's still not here, I'm spotting brown, not enough to need a pad or anything, but enough as I thought af was definitely arriving. I thought my temp would dip, but it's still high? Could I still be pregnant or is this just a weird cycle? My Ovulation Chart

Since you are only on day 12 post-ovulation, and it looks like your luteal phase is normally 14-15 days, I would say it is just pre-AF spotting... I get this most months and it is considered normal. I don't think it would indicate preg or not preg, although if this is something different for you than maybe it's a good sign (late implantation)? You're not out until temps drop and AF starts!
