Day out ideas

What would you do for a day out with your 4 month old,best friend and her 4 month old son?That isnt shopping TIA xox

Hmm probably a soft play....you can drink coffee and chat and play with the LO's
then go for something to eat afterwards?

Agree with ^^^ soft play is good fun for them.

Or when I used to meet up with my friend when our first were born, we would take them to baby club (to get weighed) and then get dinner/coffee. We'd walk down and we'd organise it so the kids would sleep before/after the baby club.

Have a look to see if your local sure start centre is open, when baby club is and what is on offer (massage, messy play, songs etc...) and they usually have a cafe there too. We met a few lovely ladies there.

It also meant that my friend and I would meet up every week to go. We never knew each other before we had our babies, 3 years and another baby each later, we're like best friends

Soft play, swimming, maybe go and feed the ducks if the weather is okay, have a play on the swings and maybe a walk around the park.....

I'd go for lunch or a coffee. Me and my friend just go out for walks with the prams a lot - it's free, good for you and the babies usually sleep!

Thank you.My best friend is coming to stay with us tomorrow morning until Sunday evening and we are off to a fireworks display tomorrow night but wanted something to do in the day.We have decided on a day at the zoo tomorrow,and then we are going to the local soft play which has a sensory room on Sunday
