I had a hospital birth and I too hate hospitals and hated the one I had to deliver at! Luckily I got this fabulous nurse, it really wasn't a bad experience at all. I had to be induced but I went in there open minded that the pitocin was the only drug I would need (wanted a natural child birth). About 2 hours dealing with painful contractions I gave in and asked for the epidural! I didn't get it until about 3 hours later.. and it didn't kick in until the last push
Any way, I was very certain I wouldn't need the epi because I know I'm strong and I know I can handle anything.. but seriously after that whole birthing experience my next child I'm going in there and getting the epi right away! Theres now way I'm going through that amount of pain if I don't have to! Everybody contracts differently.. some women don't even feel them until they have to push (lucky bitches.. ). My contractions were absolutely terrible! I seriously felt my body go into shock I was convulsing I was in so much pain! So be open minded ladies because I am SOO glad I asked for the meds in the end.. if you want the full story you can read my birth story
And I totally agree with home birthing... Its so nice to be where you're comfortable and where you can have you own setting completely. I actually discovered recently that it's illegal in some countries! I can't even believe they can make laws on where you are allowed to give birth to your own child!! But it wasn't for me because I have such bad anxiety I just couldn't imagine anything going wrong and I'd be stuck at home. I only live 15 minutes away from the hospital but if I did need an EMCS I would want it right then and there just in case! I hope all of you ladies get exactly the birth you want
Its nice to have a birth plan we didn't follow myn at all I wanted water birth but they were full I only wanted gas and air that's all I had tilll I got to 23 hours cause I had to have an epi cause my son was back to back and got stuck so had to have forceps 25 hours in labour its was the most pain full but best thing iv done.
With my daughter I had a planned c-section due to my sons birth cause they tried to get him out quick cause he got stuck and I suffered a 3rd degree tear xxx
so the one in the PJs is from 24w and all the rest where I'm wearing black are from today at 25+3... it might just be me but I feel like my little man went through a total growth spurt!
I also tried making a collage from 15 weeks... crazy to look at!
Hahah oh thank god I'm not the only one who feels that way! I feel like I've grown a bunch! Haha, your bump is looking cuter by the week! It has definitely perked up, and you look gorgeous!
I'm looving the bump right now, but definitely very noticable! haha I'm starting to get "the look" in public I'm like. Hey... yep. I. am. pregnant. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Almost 34 weeks!!! EEK means 3 more weeks till full term! I'm super stoked, most women in my family always deliver around full term instead of 40 weeks especially with their first babies!! Hoping that goes for me too! !
