Diaper Rash =(

Hi I have 2 weeks year old Twins =)

Ok there in the NICU I notice they both have a Diaper rash! Could it be my breastmilk?

or the NICU nurses not changing there diaper enough thru out there 12 hour shift?

I'm really concern =(

They are aware of it and are treating it.....

Can you change the diaper brand because sometimes babies can react to certain diaper brands. I have never heard of a baby getting a diaper rash from breast milk. I actually put breast milk on my LOs bum when he gets a rash.

I doubt it is your breastmik. Breastmilk is actually known to help clear up nappyrash if put on the sore bottom and left to air dry.

It is more likely it's the type of nappy as PP said, how often they are changed or the type of cream being used.

I always swear by metanium - it's great stuff - put it on a red bottom and in a few hours its perfect skin colour again!
