Did the tax credits renewal envelope need a stamp?

This is a stupid question but my fiance filled out and posted our working tax credits renewal form and sent it. He said it had something on the envelope which meant you didn't need to put a stamp on it.

It was sent weeks back and still haven't heard anything. Was he right not to include a stamp? Cheers xx

you dont need to have a stamp on envelope hun!dont worry!yhey going to send you new award in august/september but if your payment stop just give them a ring!x
