Where do I start?

Silly question but I havent got a clue I dont want to loose lots just half a stone x
 
A healthy diet is about 1500 calories I think, or just drop your days calories by 500 and exercise and you should see results. I eat between 1200 and 1500 calories. Good luck x
 
I think we eat generally good my bad habit is skipping breakfast, eating snacks in between so that could be my starting thingymabob
