Dip PG tests?

What do you all use to put your urine in when taking a test stip that you dip in? Does it have to be sterile or is something like a plastic up fine? I don't want to risk getting false results from something so simple

I just use an old measuring jug. Doesn't have to be sterile, just clean - the strips are picking up hormone levels so provided they are clean you won't have any problems. Good luck! xxx
