Dizziness from sitting to standing

Is this normal? I've experienced it in my life before, but it was never a normal thing. Well, it started last week. Went away for 2-3 days and now it's back. I'll be sitting down and when i stand i get extremely light headed. Just found out i'm pregnant 2 days ago. I believe i'm 5w1d. I'm sure it's pregnancy related, but is it normal?

I'm pregnant as well and I get it too. I think it's pretty normal
