i keep going really lightheaded and dizzy and feeling really sick and i dunno why!!

i'm eating proper meals and drinking enough, so i'm confused!

any ideas?

it could be post pregnancy anemia, maybe you should make an appointment to have your blood levels checked. Hope you feel better soon.

it could be a virus theres one going around at the mo! x

i was anaemic when i was pregnant, so it could be that! i'll have to try and remember to make a docs appt lol
