DLA payments, when?

Anyone who id getting DLA, can you remember how long it took to get the first payment after being awarded? I had a letter yesterday saying my LO had been awarded DLA from 17/5, but there is nothing on it about payment dates, so have no idea when we will be getting anything!?

I got my first payment for my ds about 5 days before I got a letter so I'm sure it should be soon
