Do you carry your maternity notes

Do you carry your maternity notes with you? I just wondered as I'm 30 weeks tomorrow. I just thinking if I was at work and something happened I wouldn't have notes

This is my first so I'm clueless, what are maternity notes?

I don't think you get them in USA from reading other posts x

I keep mine in the car - that way when I was at work (half an hour away) i had them with me, as going home first would have ben quite a detour from where the hospital is. Now that i'm off they always stay in the car, so that if I'm out and about they are there too. But then my daughter was early and tiny, and my labour was fast. My hospital bag proper is in the house, but I keep a small bag with a nightie, towel and a set of baby clothes in it for the same reason

I keep mine in my car, just in case. It's also handy as I don't forget to take them to appointments!
