I did have years ago when I flat shared but not now, I like reading in bed and would stay up all night watching rubbish if I had a telly. I have got a small flat screen on the kitchen wall for music channels while cooking/cleaning

Yep, I am a student part time so my half of the bedroom does look like student digs with my desk and tv propped on my filing cabinet lol. I have to say though we very rarely watch TV in bed, when we were teenagers we spent hours doing that lol but now we have our own house the TV in the bedroom is mainly used by me when I am 'studying', getting dressed or when LO is running around upstairs and I am trying to tidy/sort laundry. We normally watch TV downstairs then go to bed, and we never sleep in together as we take it in turns for lie ins lol so morning TV never happens!!!

I have to say I am one of those people who always likes to have the TV on for background noise and company- lol how sad is that, so even if we are are eating in the next room, playing with Elliot, tidying, the TV is on quietly and we might not be paying any attention to it whatsoever but it just makes me feel better especially when OH is working away We out all week though work/nursery so electricity bill isn't too bad lol. So yeah I will always have a TV in my room, although I will probably apply the same rule to Elliot that I had when young and that is no TV in his room until he's a teenager at least

We did until yesterday as we didnt have anywhere downstairs for a tv. We live with OH's dad and use the spare downstairs room but he uses it to store a lot of junk so there isnt much space in there but yesterday we moved things round a bit. We co-sleep so watching tv in the evening was keeping DS awake so that was the main reason for the move around. We missed it this morning though when DS woke up at half 6 and we all had to get up.

No, I have not had a TV in my room for 8 years, since I left home, but I have just bought one to go in there, once the bedroom is done up it will be going in there!!

Too damn right we do - Fran wakes at 6am so the half hour extra sleep I get from putting cbeebies on to keep her quiet in a morning is worth it's weight in gold

We only have it in our room for Aymens amusement in the morning, we dont watch it otherwise.
