LOL - oh yes. I like all things like trifle with booze in it. I make a mean chocolate and orange dessert that has booze in it. Pretty much every dessert we eat over christmas has some type of alcohol in it. Yum!

Nope, I can't eat cake/dessert with a glass of wine or anything either. My mum made champagne jellies at Christmas a few years back and they were absolutely vile. I couldn't drink it. I do like champagne and strawberries/raspberries though.

doesnt have to be but some people soak the sponge in coffee/marsala and add marsala to the cream
