Do You Pronounce The 'G' in Bolognese?

Do you pronounce the G in Bolognese or not?

Ive been debating it with my colleague this morning and i dont, i say 'Boll-O-Nayse'...whereas she says 'Bollog-Nayse'...

Im curious as to how others pronounce it.

I'm Italian and you dont pronounce the 'g' it's a silent g. There are lots of other words in the Italian language with gs you don't pronounce like 'famiglia' (family) pronounced 'fa-mi-Lia'
