Do You Pronounce The 'G' in Bolognese?

But that's the other "g"

I guess I say it like "bo-lo-nyay-zay", like in Italian. But I don't know anyone who actually calls it 'spaghetti bolognese/bolognaise' anyway, we just call it 'spaghetti with meat sauce'! lol Thanks to this site I think of it as 'spag bol' in my head though.
