Do you think that the baby is fine after this?

hi

hubby accidentaly elbowed me this morning in the lower right part of my belly.

it was pretty hard. felt like someone punched me in the belly.

the baby is ok right?

he felt bad about it since he didn't even realize he did it.

i felt crampy afterwards. but thats gone now. im constipated on top of it all. no bleeding either.

Everything should be fine, baby is still pretty small and well protected! I would only be concerned if I started to feel crampy or anything that makes you nervous!

a few weeks ago i wacked the car door into my bump total accident obviously but i was panicking. Bub was fine although she did give me the silent treatment for a little while! If you feel off or worried speak to your mw....do you have a doppler you could check in with? Like someone said bub is still pretty small and well protected at the moment

I think you have to have a really forceful blow to the tummy to do any harm..but if you are worried check with your midwife
