Does an opk always turn positive if u are pregnant?

Im about 3 weeks late with alll the symptoms, i dont have any hpts but used an old opk but it was negative. Last time i was pregnant i did an opk for fun and it turned very positive. Does anyone know if this always the case? Could i still be pregnant with a neg opk?

Definitely. I've seen women on here that had negative opks and a clearly positive hpt! Good luck!

It takes much longer, in most cases, for an OPK to pick up PG than a HPT. Keeping my fx!!!!!!

I should add it was positive and I was actually pregnant
