Does anyone else have the issue of a constant runny or plugged up nose i feel like im constantly blowing my nose. Its getting really frustrating at 16weeks 3days pregnant i feel like its never ending.

Yes with my first I had bad ears and sinuses - I was always congested. My doctor says this is from inflammation. If you're sensitive to certain foods, avoid them, avoid sodium & processed foods, and if it's cold outside you'll find your sinuses will clear up thanks to the natural cooling effect on shrinking the blood vessels (ice pack?). You can also wash with a neti pot & that can reduce infection, swelling, and congestion too.

Yes, this is me too! Has been since very early on in the first tri. Although mine is more stuffy, not much coming out. Every morning I sound like I have a cold! It tends to ease a bit during the day then is back before bed. Very annoying.
