    ..At 18/19 weeks pregnant?

I was very sick with HG during first tri and my bmi dropped to 17! It is now 20.1 which is healthy for the average not pregnant person.. But is that still low considering I'm 18.4 weeks pregnant?

    BMI is useless.

    I think you are fine.

Its more about the weight gain and the speed of the weight than BMI at a particular moment in pregnancy.

That sounds fine. I wouldn't worry about it. Mine isn't much higher than yours and I am 26 weeks pregnant.

I would discuss your weight gain with your doc/mw - if they are ok with it, then all is well!
BMI doesn't really mean much once you're pregnant. That you're gaining weight now after losing so much due to HG is the important thing - focus on the gain now, not the loss before! xo

Yep BMI is pointless. It's more about weight gain during pregnancy.

My BMI was barely 16 when I fell pregnant. It's now almost 18.5 at 6 months. I have no bump yet but have gained weight.
