Does anyone know what this film is called ?

Hi i'm trying to find a film I watch years and years ago and i was wondering if you ladies might help me.

I am pretty sure the main character is called Rosemary
From what i remember she is hopeless in love and finding someone
She also took loads of photos of her in wedding dresses and put them in photo albums as a "fake" wedding.

like most film she probably found a man at the end

also she had big curly dark brown/ black hair.

i think it was a comedy.

the title might of had rosmary in it but cant be sure.

LOL not much help with clues well if anyone has heard of a movie like this please tell

Her best friend was called rhonda maybe thats where you got it from and she wore a big curly dark wig when they did the abba bit.

Ya, the name of the movie is ‘Muriel's wedding’. It is a movie of Roz Hammond. And she is my favorite actress. This is one of my favorite movie.
