Does breast milk generally make baby's spotty?

The spots go pretty quickly but I've noticed wherever my milk goes on Reuben's face (example, if he falls asleep and comes off) if my nipple or any milk touches his face, he gets spotty there.

Is this normal?

Happens to my babe too,just like a little rash. Goes away pretty quickly

That used to happen to my lo, she also had terrible baby acne...should have seen her face after I followed everyone's advice and tried to clear her acne up by rubbing breastmilk on it...big mistake lol. She is now 11 wks and I can't pinpoint when exactly it stopped happening, maybe a few weeks ago, but her skin seems less sensitive in general now.

Aww my baby is Reuben too! And yes he always gets milk spots!
