I do think so, yes. There's a definite difference. The test you dipped in the potty has the same thin grey line I usually see on my ICs all the time virtually. The other test though, the test you posted before that, has a faint pink line there which looks thicker. I know with some that are out of date they can give false pink lines, but based on the fact there looks to be a difference (to me at least) in those tests above, I would try an in date test and see.
Cramps are common in early pregnancy, I had loads of cramping with our daughter. They can be as much a sign of pregnancy as they can be af is imminent. I don't find cramps a telling symptom, but I wouldn't assume af was definitely on her way based on having cramps
