It looks like the fetal pole and yolk sac. I don’t think it’s twins. I’m not an expert so I could be wrong. Anyways congrats on your pregnancy

The tech was a student who was learning and said nothing about the baby.

Only one baby of course. Now another weird thing popped up that the tech pointed out. Such weird scans with this place.
