When I used to weigh every week the first time I did weight watchers every week I was on my period I was +5! FIVE POUNDS! It was ridiculous. Then the next week I would lose it and then some. It's just water retention.
I am hoping it does because I GAINED 2lbs this week, I tried so hard to and it has dishearted me a bit hoping I lose that and more this week! Saturday will tell x
