My LO will be 12 weeks old on Thursday and is exclusively breastfed. For the last week or so he has been really drooling and putting his first in his mouth a lot. He has white patches on his lower gums where his incisors will be.
For the last 3 days he has been really grouchy, he wants to be held a lot, and when i try to put him down (say on his change mat, or in his chair or swing) he cries. His dummy or singing to him usually stops him crying after a few seconds and then his attention can be held by toys/songs for a short while before him crying again. This continues all day...
For the last 24 hours he has pooed LOADS and trumped LOADS - smellier than normal and liquid and mid brown but without the usual seedy mustard texture - more like gravy.
He doesn't have a temp. Does this sound like teething? what could be causing all the poo?
