I'm 7 weeks as of today! I'm still elated but I would be happier if baby would let me eat literally anything.

Today I'm munching on saltines (because it seems I can keep them down) but I'm concerned because I know it's not exactly a nutrient rich food. I've been reading so many things that say this first trimester is crucial for receiving those nutrients and I just don't know how to get them to my little one.

Are there any remedies that have worked for you ladies? Or are there shakes or something I can look into? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I really struggled with sickness until i was about 17 weeks or so! Lost almost a stone in weight and just couldn’t keep anything down.

Ginger biscuits helped, chewing gum, blocks of cheese, ready salted crisps...

I did worry about getting the right nutrients but my midwife said not to worry too much as baby will just grab it from anywhere possible and to just try and take your prenatals (I even found that hard and still do tbh!!) but I really would try not to worry to much...
