This is our third month trying to conceive. Last month I was convinced I was pregnant but I wasn't and was really upset. This month I am having completely different symptoms than I was last month, but waiting until I am supposed to start (the 10th) is agonizing. lol

Two days ago, at seven dpo I had cramps in my lower abdomen, around my pelvic area on one side and I noticed I had mild backache. For two days I've woken up with a stuffy/runny nose that goes away later in the day, as well as very little sneezing (no sore throat). My nipples are really sensitive and sore, but my breasts are not (and usually are this length of time before my period is due).

This morning I woke up with a horrible stomach ache, not so much nausea as stomach pain, and it was so bad that it woke me up. Twice today I felt nauseous and now I have a horrible headache, slight fever (98.8-99.1) extremely tired, my body is achy, and I just had really bad diarrhea.

Pregnant?

Hey hun, it is common to have flu like symptoms when you're pregnant especially ones of a cold. You got 6 days to go !! you can make it I hope that you get your :bfp: if these symptoms are unlike any other you have had then there is a good chance that you could be I wish I could tell ya :(

Thank you for replying! I really hope I am! I know many mothers but none of which were really trying to conceive so I can't ask them what symptoms (if any) were common for them during the two week wait! Only five more days to go! :happydance:

I had :bfp: last month, which turned out to be a chemical, but I felt very much like some of the symptoms you had. Definitely felt snotty and gross when I woke up. One of the days I had to get off the bus because someone was on there with a kebab and I almost hurled!

Just to update, I am not having stomach pains anymore and I don't have diarrhea, but I do have gas, my breast feel heavy, and my nipples are still very sensitive/sore. I've been having mild cramps in the past five days or so, almost like my period is coming but it still hasn't come. I almost always start my period on time, so fingers crossed that I don't start on Thursday!!!

Last night when I was trying to sleep, I had mild cramps and this weird pulling feeling in my lower stomach, but I don't know if it was my uterus or gas. Is it normal to have a pulling/stretching feeling in your uterus at four weeks pregnant?
