early scan on tue!

hi everyone was just wondering if any of you could give me some advice from your experiences.....

iv got scan tomorrow im roughly 5 weeks and 4 days
did any of you see the heartbeat this early...im terrified theres not going to be one there..dont think i could cope with another loss!

any info much appreciated

Not sure exactly what you will see but I know that my EPU wont do a scan before 6 weeks as prior to that say wont see a lot. So try not to worry too much. Maybe just see the sac but they will be able to tell you if everything looks as it should at that stage. Hope it goes well for you.

I only had my scan at 6+5 and saw a hb then - at 5+4 you might see a sac and possibly fetal pole - but I wouldn't expect a hb - they might say to come back in a week or so if you can't see the hb.
